How to Communicate and Be Heard!
Join me for a live video class session where we will deep dive into what your communication style is. The class will be interactive with the other participants and classes will be capped at 10 people per class. The class will be approximately 2 hours long.
If you feel misunderstood, your needs ignored, or like there is just some breakdown in communication with loved ones, this is a perfect class for you! You will discover your communication style as well as your loved one's styles. There will be targeted exercises to teach you real life applications of the concepts introduced. There will also be role playing, discussion and printable materials to enhance your experience.
